参观澳洲的微生物实验室照片，感受生物安全防护

参观澳大利亚医院一所医院的临床微生物实验室。请仔细观察他们违反了哪些中国制定的有关微生物实验室的生物安全管理条例？我已经发现好多地方：进入实验室没有戴口罩、帽子和更换鞋套！三区没有划分或分区不严格！不过，我在美国实验室也发现医院微生物实验室都不符合我国的有关要求和规定！！
反思：我们的规定是不是太严格了？是不是感染控制就是越严格越好呢？我们的经济现状，是否允许感染控制要求比美国、澳大利亚还要高呢？
当然，美国和澳洲的临床微生物实验室，原始标本的接种必须在生物安全柜内进行！结核菌检查的要求非常严格，个人防护要求是戴N95口罩......

p>检验科的帽子、口罩问题确实也是让我们院感工作者苦恼的一个问题，一般帽子、口罩都是留在上级单位检查的时候用，在细菌室里，我们还经常发现，检验人员用鼻子闻培养皿的细菌，据说酵母样真菌的气味还真好闻，好像这样并没有带来病原菌的传播，这也是我们的疑惑所在，究竟什么样的规定才是最恰当的呢？[em06]

我也经常闻菌落的，气味是鉴定一些细菌或真菌的一种重要生物学特性。当然，千万不要去闻曲霉菌等丝状真菌和结核分枝杆菌的菌落，那是危险的动作！
